For those already familiar with DevKi (Development Kinesthetic) or for newcomers, this retreat at the beautiful Domaine de Salomony is an exceptional opportunity. It's a week dedicated to you, guided by Renate Wennekes, a leading figure in Development Kinesthetic and creator of DevKi, to initiate a profound shift in your story and reshape your life path!
We arrive at this place, at this moment in our lives, with who we are, our experiences, our beliefs, our habits, and our challenges. We have felt the call to experience a profound change that goes beyond the intellect alone. What we will experience during these 8 days is like a reset, a reprogramming that involves understanding, in body and soul, what has been unfolding since the beginning of our story, thus creating a new momentum.
Each session will bring its own set of information for a new awareness, deep feelings and sensing your original plan, your energy , a deep connection to your inner source, the universal life energy. We will use rituals, stories to meditate on, movements and balancing exercises, and of course, games and sharing.
This experience unfolds on 4 levels:
1 – Who we are and how we are structured
Everything experienced between conception and the age of 3 and a half is essential, and everything we have learned and established during this time will come back to us throughout our lives. Here, it's about becoming aware, understanding, and thus becoming responsible and free adults.
Humans are very adaptable beings. We can live under extreme different biological and cultural circumstances. Therefore we have a long „becoming“ phase of about 4 years in a close 1to 1 relationship in a group setting. As we don’t have strong biological instincts, we need “experts“ like the mother to let us grow into life in a secure, loving and self organizing way.
Our first nine month of becoming are in a human body where we need time to develop without interference in a good relationship with our mother. The next 18 months we experience getting upright and moving out into the world in a close 1to 1 relationship at the body or at the floor, nine months to crawling and nine months to secure walking.
Then from 18 months to 36/42 months we learn the social rules of our community and to speak. This mainly should be in a close relationship to our caretakers and the family/group surrounding with other children.
2 – Experience within our own body the incredible intelligence and magic of our genes and inborn intelligence , thousands of years old, through our nervous system, digestive-, immune-, hormone system, our emotions and sensations in our body.
We experience this in play, balances, stories, group events. It is amazing what a relief it is for our nervous system to get what was expected as apart of the human species when we came to this earth.
3 – Become adults better able to support our loved ones, our community, and humanity with a fresh perspective and simple tools.
Everything gets so much easier, when we understand our challenges, the logic behind our behavior, emotions, our pain, our body reactions and the challenges of children in this completely changed surrounding and upbringing.
It is such a opportunity to chose solutions that are connected to the upbringing of humans for thousands and thousands of years.

Cost of the DevKi Retreat with full board at the estate:

Registration confirmed upon receipt A deposit of €200 is required (cashed in case of cancellation less than one month before the event).
Cost of full-board accommodation at Domaine de Salomony:
8 nights in a shared room: €480 (€60/day from arrival day 17 to departure day 25)
8 nights in a single room: €640 (€80/day from arrival day 17 to departure day 25)
Full-board accommodation at the Domaine is not mandatory but highly recommended to fully enjoy this retreat.
